Who is it for?

For anyone whose messages, appointments and to-dos are piling up – at home just as much as at work. When you sign up, you choose whether you use it for yourself or for your business; the app then suggests the matching roles first.

What does it cost?

500,000 tokens are free every month. If that's not enough, subscribe to a token package or top up once. When your allowance is used up, your team takes a break – there are no costs you haven't agreed to.

What are tokens?

Tokens are the pieces of text the AI reads and writes. Every reply uses some – more the longer the conversation and the more a team member looks up for it. The app shows how many, per team member and day.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes, if they ask – your team says honestly that it's an AI. The portraits are drawn on purpose, so nobody mistakes them for photos of real people.

Do I need technical skills?

No. You pick a job, say hello to your new colleague and tell them in your own words what matters. Connecting a mailbox or calendar takes a few clicks. For WhatsApp we help you step by step.

What if a team member doesn't know something?

They say so honestly and pass it on to you or a colleague – with a short summary, so nobody has to read the whole chat.

Can they send emails or posts on their own?

No. They show you a draft first and send only after your “yes” in the chat. That rule is built in – no message can talk them out of it.

Who can write to my team?

You decide for each team member: everyone (for example for customer service), or only certain numbers. Everyone else gets no reply.

Can they write to me first?

Yes – for example a short overview in the morning or a reminder before something is due. On WhatsApp that works if you wrote to them in the last 24 hours (a WhatsApp rule); on Signal and Telegram any time.

How many can I hire?

As many as you like. Each one gets their own name, job and knowledge. Several can share one WhatsApp number.

Where are my data?

The app and its database run on a server in the EU. To answer, messages pass through the messenger (e.g. WhatsApp) and Anthropic, whose AI (Claude) writes the replies. Your chats are not used to train the AI.
