Artificial intelligence
The AgentNow! agents write their replies with a language model (Claude by Anthropic). They are instructed to say openly that they are an AI when asked; their portraits are deliberately drawn so that nobody mistakes them for photos of real people. Emails, posts and invitations only go out after the customer’s “yes”.
